How to make an AI elf dance from your photo
A practical photo-to-elf guide: choose your picture, make the clip and turn it into a Christmas greeting.
An AI elf dance turns a photo into a new performance in an elf costume. You do not need a costume, green screen or a filmed dance. Elf Dance AI uses one reference photo, a selected scene and an AI video model to create a short clip with music.
Start with the right photo
Pick a picture with one person looking toward the camera. A full-body view is helpful because the elf routine includes footwork. Show the hands and feet, avoid sunglasses and leave a little space around the subject. A close selfie can still be a reference, but the model has to invent more of the body and may change proportions.
A sharp JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC file up to 10MB is accepted. Use your own image or get permission from the person shown; a parent or guardian must authorize a child's photo.
Choose Christmas Elf Jig
Open the Christmas Elf Jig template and watch the example. The scene uses a warm toy workshop, a green tunic, a pointed hat and striped stockings. The movement combines heel-toe steps, side hops, high kicks and a playful bow. Your clip is a new generation, so it will not match the example frame for frame.
Upload your photo, confirm permission and review the selected template. Switching templates clears the previous photo so you can choose an appropriate new input.

Allow around 4–10 minutes as an estimate, with longer waits possible. Keep the result page open. Guests should bookmark the private result link because result emails are not currently sent. Signed-in users can return through My videos.
Turn the clip into a greeting
Download the MP4, watch it all the way through and check the face, hands and movement. Add a short greeting in your editing or publishing app if desired. A family message can combine separately created clips; the current generator is designed for one subject per video.
The generated soundtrack is original AI music, not a licensed holiday recording. Use your publishing app's permitted music options if you want another song. Label the video as AI-generated where appropriate and share it with people who would enjoy it.
What if it looks different?
AI may alter facial details or the exact dance. A completed but aesthetically different video is not automatically a technical failure. Technical failures restore credits, and failed guest orders support a retry. Read the refund policy before buying.
